Using the Website

You may use the Website to learn about our services, read our guides, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the Website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
• Send spam, malicious code, or automated or bulk submissions through our forms or chatbot
• Try to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
• Try to make our chatbot produce harmful content, or to extract its instructions or other users' information
• Copy or scrape the Website's content for commercial use without our written permission

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

The free automation audit

The free 30-minute automation audit is a no-obligation conversation. Anything we suggest during it is general guidance based on the information you share, not a guarantee of results. You're under no obligation to buy anything, and we may decline to provide an audit or services at our discretion.

Quotes and client projects

Information on the Website, including descriptions, examples and project summaries, is for general guidance and is not an offer. Every project is quoted separately after the audit. The scope, pricing model (fixed-price or hourly), fees, timeline, payment terms, ownership of deliverables and support for a project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If there's any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the agreement wins.

Our chatbot and AI features

Cody, our website assistant, uses artificial intelligence to answer questions and can book meetings. AI can make mistakes. Chatbot replies are for general information only: they are not professional advice, a quote or a binding commitment. Please confirm anything important with our team. Meetings booked through the chatbot are confirmed only after email verification and a calendar invite.

Third-party tools and services

Our work often uses third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot, Airtable, WhatsApp, and AI model providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and pricing, which are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. We aren't responsible for changes, outages or price increases by third-party providers.

Logos and product names of third-party tools shown on the Website belong to their owners and are used only to identify the platforms we work with. Their use doesn't imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, guides, graphics, logos and code, are owned by Codeventures or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish or sell our content without written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Client stories

Projects shown on the Website describe real work for our clients. Descriptions are summaries and may omit confidential details. They illustrate what we've built and are not a promise that you'll get the same outcome.

Links to other websites

The Website links to third-party websites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website, the chatbot or the free audit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Liability for paid projects is governed by the relevant client agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Codeventures harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codeventures is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
