The problem
A dance and wellness studio running bookings, memberships and payments by hand, with no clear view of operations or finances.
How we built it

Phase 1: database with row-level security, authentication, Stripe subscriptions and ACH, GoHighLevel and Google integrations, the admin portal, and 5-step onboarding with e-signature.

Phase 2: member, staff and instructor portals, plus the public website and schedule.

Phase 3: reporting engine, payroll processing, end-to-end QA and handover documentation.
