Visitors have questions at all hours, and booking a call shouldn't take a form and an email thread.
How we built it

An n8n AI agent with tools to check availability, send a verification code and schedule the meeting.

Each visitor gets their own conversation memory, so details never mix between people.

The chat widget formats replies, including available time slots, and falls back to built-in answers if the agent is unavailable.
